- Tool bugs. The tool name, the file type you were converting, the browser you used, and what went wrong — that's enough for us to reproduce and fix.
- Format requests. Tell us the conversion you were trying to make; the most-requested formats get built first.
- Privacy or terms questions. Include the page and the section you're asking about.
- Correction notices. Errors with sources are especially welcome and are credited in page updates when significant.
Response Times
Bugs affecting a tool's correctness are prioritized and typically fixed within days. General feedback is batched into regular improvement cycles.
